Dacian Ciolos to attend Macfrut

Dacian Ciolos, the European Commissioner of Agriculture, is expected at the Macfrut show which runs from Wednesday 5 to Friday 7 October at Cesena.

All the fruit and vegetable sector will meet for the 28th edition of the Italian show. After several crises that have affected the agricultural sector Macfrut is the first major international event in the industry.

This year will see a significant participation of foreign countries, particularly large buyers. Particular attention will be given to innovative equipment and research.
 

Among the guests expected at the show are: Ciolos, Commissioner of Agriculture of the European Union, and Paolo De Castro, President of the Agriculture Commission of the European Union.
