Uzbekistan’s grape exports surge in 2024, doubling previous year’s volume

Beyond grapes, Uzbekistan's fruit and vegetable exports totaled more than $1.5 billion in 2024, reflecting a 31.2% growth compared to the previous year.
Uzbekistan saw a significant rise in grape exports in 2024, shipping 219,200 tons, more than double the volume of the previous year, according to the country’s Statistics Agency. The total export value reached $186.2 million.
Russia remained the top destination, purchasing 174,900 tons of Uzbek grapes. Other major buyers included Kazakhstan (21,000 tons) and Kyrgyzstan (15,400 tons), followed by Belarus (6,900 tons) and Ukraine (334 tons).
