Often paper packaging is covered with a plastic layer, making it unsuitable for recycling. In addition, the sealing of these packages is a slow process that takes time, and also requires energy.

 

 

 

JASA offers a new technology for its vertical packaging machines: 100% paper, no plastic coating and no-seal closure with Bag-2-Paper ™. This Bag-2-Paper ™ vertical wrapper can be used to package dry products such as potatoes, onions, garlic, shallots, nuts and seeds, and flower bulbs.

With JASA Sleever, kiwis are packaged in a cardboard tray which is then slipped into a cardboard sleeve. This sleeve keeps in place the kiwis that remain visible in this package. The design of this sleeve can be adapted to the customer's wishes. JASA Sleever processes up to 100 packs per minute. The Sleever is a compact plug-and-play machine and therefore easy to integrate into almost any existing packaging line. In addition, the Sleever is energy efficient and has a short return on investment of less than a year.
