Between January and November 2022, Peru exported 51,303,642 kilos of ginger.
The main destinations this year are the United States (48%), the Netherlands (24%), Spain (5%), Canada (5%), Korea (4%), Germany (4%), the United Kingdom (3%) , Russia (2%), Mexico (1%) and other countries (4%).
In the same period of 2021, the country shipped 48,724,121 kilos of the product to the world for $80,262,620.
