Amount of imported apples was unexpectedly low in Ukraine
According to the latest data Ukraine has imported around 1,5 thousands of tons of apples during July 2013 period. This figure is 25 % lower comparing to the last season numbers – 1,8 tons of apples (during the same period). Mainly apples have been delivered to Ukraine from Poland, Austria and Netherlands. According to the numbers provided by agricultural specialists among all the exporters that was Poland who provided Ukrainian fruit market with 95% of apples.
