SICOLY: new "Little Sauce" for fruity and creative desserts

The cooperative SICOLY SICODIS developed its range of grout with 'Little Sauce', the successful mix between the natural respect for the fruit and the simple and practical use.

The 'Little Sauce' SICOLY consist of minimum 82% of fruit and is available in three different flavors : red fruit (strawberry, raspberry, currant, blackberry, cherry), Exotic (mango, passion) and Raspberry. No coloring or preservaties.

Soft bottles of 125g, with a stopper tip end and a resealable cap. This small size allows them to be hand-held like a pencil to decorate desserts quickly and precisely.

The 'Little Sauce' will be presented at the SIRHA (International Exhibition of food, hotel) which will take place from January 24 to 26, 2015 in Lyon. SICOLY occupy the 108 4H stand.
