Prices for imported fruits and vegetables have started to grow in Ukraine

According to the latest data, prices for imported fruits and vegetables have grown up to 15% within domestic market of Ukraine. The main reason of price rise is considered to be the unstable political situation in Ukraine and currency rate disruption. Exchange rate grows every day, as a result prices for all the fruits and vegetables imported to Ukraine grow accordingly. Comparing to 27.01.2014 currency rate 8,7 UAH 1 USD, current exchange rate (06.02.2014) comprises 9,15 UAH 1 USD. All the importers who work on deferral terms, plan expenses considering possible grow of currency rate up to 10 UAH 1 USD.
