Scientists from the University of Queensland have published the results of a study of 12 000 Australian adults that researchers follow since 2000. Researchers conclude in a few words : eating fruits and vegetables improves the mental well -being and physical health.
People who reported eating more than the recommended 5 portions had levels of satisfaction and vitality far superior to other groups. And more consumption of Fruit & Vegetables increases the more people say they are fit and happy.
So scientists suggest to eat eight or more servings of fruits and vegetables daily to improve mental well -being and physical health.
