It gets a problem as regulators do not understand the fresh produce industry. We need to make our industry more robust in this area. We are right now in a bottleneck, as the subject is complex, with lots of components to embrace. Sustainability is a mindset, it s how you see the world. How you want to have a positive impact in your operations. Sustainability is a mindset and a strategy, it's part of the culture of a company."
