Lusima Gestioni becomes Battaglio Gestioni SpA

Lusima Gestioni has changed its name due to a new reorganization of the company.

 

Lusima Gestioni, the holding company becomes Battaglio Gestioni SpA.

 
The new company, consisting of  Battaglio SpA, Geagri Soc. Cons. a.r.l., Mercosur SA, Agricola Don Camillo s.r.l. and Agrinova Ltd has a turnover of 120 million euros.

 
Thus reorganized, the group will be one of the strongest and best organized company in Italy  in the fruit and vegetables sector.
