Soon a register of producers and organic products

Russia will set up an official register, with producers and certified products, that consumers will be able to consult (photo WorldFood Moscow).

The Moscow office of the Agenzia ICE network (Italian Trade & Investment Agency) mentions that the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation intends to create a single register of producers and organic products.

This register will list the various special labels issued to producers as well as the diversity of products (organic, ecological, organic ...) certified. For their part, consumers will be able to check the presence of companies in these lists.

Rosselkhoznadzor (Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Control) pointed out that producers of organic products can register for free.
