Argentina receives 48.5% of total soursop exports from Peru until March

Between January and March 2023 Peru exported 6.6 tons of soursop to seven different markets.
Among these destinations, the largest share of shipments was directed towards Argentina, which accounted for 48.5% of the total exports. Followed by Chile, with 37% of the shipments, while the remaining countries collectively represented 14.5% of the market share.
According to analyst Heber Chávez, the primary form of soursop exported in the analyzed period was frozen pulp, constituting 83.7% of the total exports. Additionally, dry leaves comprised 7.5% of the exports, powdered leaves accounted for 3.9%, and other by-products contributed 4.9% to the overall export volume.
