Capespan soon under the full control of Zeder

Zeder , the investment company specializing in agribusiness , announced its intention to take full control of Capespan .
Zeder , which already owns 71 % stake in Capespan , one of the leading distributors of fruit, wants to buy all the shares in Capespan. A plan will be offered to existing shareholders on the basis of 85 Zeder actions against 100 Capespan shares. Analysts said this arrangement should solve the liquidity problems faced by shareholders.
Capespan has annual sales of approximately USD 592 million per year , the company operates in 12 countries and serves 60 destinations in the world.
