MedFEL: SETOP presents 2 novelties for melons

SETOP which develops and designs all machines that optimize quality  production, makes discover at MedFEL exhibition its 2 large novelties for melons: MELPACK automatic wrapper and RP 120 filler of bins.

MELPACK allows packing of melons in trays in fully automatic manner and adapts to all types of sizes and trays. Pace from 8 to 10 tons of melons per hour depending on the size, about 900 trays per hour. Used after pre-calibration, it can be powered directly from an empty bins, and can work on 6 different sizes, the operator can easily switch from one size to another in less than 2 minutes. MELPACK works with all types of trays: cardboard, wood or plastic crates.

Filler of palox RP 120: puts down smoothly melons, without shock or fall and ensures optimum and uniform filling of palox. Capacity 4-6 tons/hour depending on size.
