Apples and strawberries are the month of May's leading products with respectively 18% and 23% of market shares, followed by bananas (11%) which replace oranges and then, stone fruit. On the side of vegetables, tomatoes are ahead with 23%, salad ranks second with 12%, melon comes in with 9% and last, asparagus end fourth.
