Exotic and organic products have the place of honour

Mexico is a large producer of exotic products, but also organic ones. A show gives them a place of honour, it's "Exporganicos 2002", which took place in Puebla on 22, 23 & 24 August 2002. Mexican organic farming has expanded rapidly : in five years, cultivated surfaces increased from 25 000 to 100 000 hectares for more than 30 000 "organic" growers.
