Romania will intensify controls on all imports of fruit from Turkey.
Romania has decided to strengthen sanitary controls on imports from Turkey.
Pesticide residues exceeding regulatory limits were found on Turkish grapefruit and 120 tons of cargo was destroyed.
The Ministry of Agriculture reported that all fruit imports from Turkey would be subject to checks and detailed analysis.
