The next edition of THAIFEX-World of Food Asia will take place from the 29th of May to 02nd of June 2018.
The trade show THAIFEX-World of Food Asia recorded an important participation in its 2017 edition (31 May / 4 June). THAIFEX 2017 welcomed 55,111 visitors from 130 countries.
This edition marks the best performance in the show's history. THAIFEX 2017 welcomed 55,111 visitors, an increase of 30% compared to 2016. The national visitors were 43,129 and international visitors 11,982 from 130 countries.
The number of international exhibitors grew by 14% with companies from Scotland, the United States, Australia, Poland, Japan, Turkey and Vietnam. For the first time this year the number of foreign exhibitors was equal to the number of Thai exhibitors. This demonstrates the show's influence and attractiveness for the whole ASEAN region and beyond.
The new features of this edition, THAIFEX Innovation Zone & Seminar Series, industry trends and innovations, and Hosted Buyers Program, the platform to facilitate exchanges with buyers, have fully fulfilled their functions.
