Iran prohibits the re-export of Turkish products in Russia

According to the official Iranian news agency, IRNA, the Ministry of Trade has issued a circular to all business units regarding the ban.

According to the Vice President of the Commercial Union promotion of Iran, Mr. Reza Movadvadi "Selling Turkish goods via Iran is going against the policy of Iranian exports ". He added that if this rule is not respected, this could have significant repercussions in relations between Tehran and Moscow. As a result, there could be repercussions for the export of Iranian goods as it is an opportunity for Iranian merchants to sell more products in Russia.

Russia had already sent two warnings to Iran and the Russian press had already stressed this "new road" for the entry of Turkish products in Russia.
