Avocado exports continue to rise

Between January and October 2022, Peru exported 605,395,269 kilos of avocado, according to the Agrodata Peru portal. Revenue from these supplies totaled $1,021,107,357.

 

 

 

It should be noted that in the same period of 2021, the country exported 553,689,098 kilos of the fruit for $1,103,353,129.

 

 

 

The main destinations this year continue to be the Netherlands (31% of the total value), the United States (26%), Spain (15%), Chile (7%) and the United Kingdom (6%), among others.
