On every type of apples, Apple Sort 3 technology will execute a carefull selection both regarding the external & internal aspects :
- Dry flesh, hardness, Brix degree in addition to classic characteristics as caliber, colour, shape,
- Internal defects, ie defaults and damages caused to flesh
- External defaults, skin defaults eventually caused by hail, or any kind of cuts or abrasion, cochineal…
Apple Sort 3, carefully select the different qualities of each apple, in order to sub-divide with precision the different quality characteristics of each apple varieties and types.
