Phytosanitary Derogations for Market Gardening

On March 20 and 21, the French Ministry of Agriculture has granted derogations for the following products: Devrinol F (weed killer used on lamb’s lettuce), Goal 2E (weed
killer used on Artichokes), Betanal Novation (weed killer used on lentils) and Pyristar (spinach treatment against central shoot fly).
Derogations are based on the article R253-50 of the French rural law and marketing is limited to a 120-day period.
