Bayer ready to buy Monsanto

Bayer, the German chemicals giant unveiled its bid for Monsanto, the leading US seed to form a global group of agro-chemicals.
After some rumors that were quickly amplified, Bayer announced its offer to buy the American specialist seed. Projected amount of $ 62 billion (55 billion euros) to acquire all shares of Monsanto, priced at $ 122 per share, to shareholders a premium of 37% over prior to the offer.
