Difficult weather conditions throughout Europe.
The winter sets in Europe with several weeks in advance.
In Huesca, (north-east of Spain), the temperature dropped to -10 ° C, the snow has covered many areas. North of Portugal was also covered with snow.
In Italy: -10 ° C to Aosta, -4 ° C in Bolzano.
In France, a temperature of -15.3 ° C was recorded in Orleans, never seen since 1946.
In the Netherlands, temperatures of -5 to -8 ° C , a temperature never seen since 1940.
In Switzerland, Canton of Neuchâtel : -30.4 ° C and -13.9 ° C in Bern.
Only Greece seems untouched by the cold, with temperatures averaging above 20 ° C.
