Drop of kiwifruit production

The kiwifruit production in the northern hemisphere should drop by 17% from 515 837 tons in 2000 to 428 000 tons in 2001. Italy, the first producing country, records a 18% drop, France 10%, Greece 25%, Spain 15%, Portugal 13%, California 15% and Korea 8%.
