The beginning of Autumn Glory apple harvest
Superfresh Growers, US company that deliver high quality fruit and berries to families around the world, announced about the start of Autumn Glory apple season. The company owns this apple variety and holds the exclusive worldwide rights to grow and sell it.
Autumn Glory apples have a very sweet, firm flesh with hints of cinnamon and subtle notes of caramel. “We were tasting the flavors even earlier this year, a sign that we have a great crop headed our way,” shared Dave Gleason, Horticulturist and Proprietary Variety Developer. He also explained that he is personally tastes apples from every orchard block, approving that the flavor is just right for harvest.
The apple will be available this season from October through June. The company plans on nationwide programs, as well as exporting to Canada, Mexico, Asia and the Middle East.
