Légulice will invest for the production of its mushrooms

Légulice, one of the main players in the sale of pre-packaged fresh mushrooms is going to build its own production unit.

The company Légulice, based in Rennes (Ille-et-Vilaine), announced the construction of a production unit with an area of 10,000 m2 in the town of Poilley. The investment amounts to 8,000,000 euros, of which 6,000,000 are supported by the community of communes, from which depends Poilley, which will make the building which will then be leased to Légulice.

Légulice will make accommodations for 2 million euros, the activity will start in January 2015 with an expected production of 5,000 tons of mushrooms  of Paris per year.

In 2014 the company Légulice expects a turnover of € 15 million, up by 15% compared to the previous year.
