Morrisons new distribution centre operational

UK retailers Morrisons says that its new packing and distribution centre at Hoek van Holland is fully operational. According to the company, the centre is already proving beneficial, particularly in the area of European produce and flowers. Morrisons is also planning a new frozen food distribution in the central English town of Corby which should be operational in 2006.
