The number of London's wholesale markets is decreasing

According to a recent study, the number of wholesale markets that were supplying london and the South East is to shift from five to three. Indeed, the Smithfield and Billingsgate markets would close to the benefit of the three others, that is to say : Western International (West), New Spitalfields (East) and New Covent garden (Central).
