Carrefour sells its Cora stakes

The French distributor Carrefour has confirmed the sale of its 42,39% stake in supermarket group Cora to Deutsche Bank. According to media, the US Wal-Mart would be interested in the Cora group. As for Carrefour, it will use proceeds of the sale to pay its debts.
