FJ
Official opening today in Liposthey, south of Bordeaux (40), of the Bio-methanation Station of Larrère Group.
This station of Bio-methanation in service for a few weeks, is part of the logic of social and environmental responsibility that drives all projects of Larrère Group. The station will allow to implement the principles of the circular economy with ZERO waste, from planting to the shipment of vegetables. Green waste and sorting rejects now generate electricity and green manure!
Ideally located on the sandy land of the Landes, the group Larrère grows carrots of 12 months 12 (baby carrots, carrots boots, seasonal carrots or conservation). With a total annual production of 20,000 tonnes of carrots. Certified Global GAP, hydrocoled and packaged on site, like all Larrère productions are shipped the same day they are harvested.
Another star of the Larrère range: CHOUDOU. Characterized by its soft green color and its platform, Choudou is from an old unknown variety in France. Choudou is between cabbage and lettuce, which made ??him a highly digestible vegetable. Choudou manually planted in the ground, it is also harvested and prepared by hand. Picked young and tender, it is packed in plastic wrap to preserve intact its freshness. It is available all year round.
