The epidemic is no longer increasing but investigations make no progress

The German health authorities have announced a slower progression of the epidemic caused by the bacterium E. coli (25 dead, over 2500 patients), but the investigations make no progress.

 If the tests performed in the organic farm were negative, the track is not abandoned. An employee of the firm has developed a very severe form of the disease.

In the past, germinated seeds had already been the source of epidemic Escherichia coli in Japan and the United States. Other experts believe that the use of natural fertilizers produced from feces, exposes more the organic farms than those who use chemical fertilizers. The investigation should take a long time.
