India sees opportunity to increase exports to China

 

 

China has announced a list of one hundred US products (our news of 26.03) for possible retaliation after the US government's decision on Chinese imports.

 

 

 

According to Indian media, at the recent Joint Economic Group on Economic Relations and Trade (JEGERT) summit, which brought together officials from both countries, discussions on agricultural exports were at the center of discussions among trade ministers.

 

 

 

India will seek better access to the Chinese market for its agricultural products, especially rapeseed, rice, sugar, fruits and vegetables.
