Netherlands
Friday 21 January 2005
Dutch food retailer Laurus has announced an 8.2 percent drop in sales for 2004.
The company, which operates the Edah, Konmar and Super de Boer banners, says its store remodelling programme has not yet had time to reverse the downward trend in sales.
Renewal of store formats will continue to be a priority for the group, with up to EUR 273 million to be spent by the end of 2006.
