Asia Fruit Logistica will boast an extensive array of exhibitors in Hong Kong during September.
Exhibitors from across the globe signed up for Asia Fruit Logistica, the leading trade show and conference event for the region's fresh produce industry, before the deadline on 29 February.
Gérald Lamusse, managing director of organiser Global Produce Events, said: "Hong Kong is proving a big attraction for exhibitors. Companies and organisations from all five continents have signed up."
The event, which takes place alongside the Asiafruit Congress at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre between 10-12 September, is expected to attract some of the top decision makers in the industry.
"Fresh fruits and vegetables are a core component of the diet in Asia. Shoppers are looking for quality and convenience so it is really no surprise that all the world's big food retailers are focusing a lot of their expansion on this part of the world,"
