Spanish orange producers file hard discount complaint

Orange producers in the region of Valencia have complained to the EU Commission about alleged unfair practices by German discount chains Aldi and Lidl. Representatives of the orange growers claim that Lidl and Aldi tried to sell oranges at a loss, thereby distorting the market.
