New polishing concept from XEDA

XEDA from Saint Andiol has just launched a new machine for polishing apples.
After a test period of one year in VOG northern Italy and one year of exclusivity, XEDA is selling the machine through Maf Rhoda.
The concept of applying the wax is completely different. The apples
are conveyed through a series of brushes. The coating with natural wax XEDASOL L is obtained by a metering pump through nozzles. Finally, drying is achieved by cold air passing through the rolls. Water or hot air are no longer required and this gives a shinier finish and better preservation of the fruit.
