Avocado, a sure bet of Peruvian production

the avocado is in the top 5 most successful Peruvian exports.
With global demand on the rise, Peruvian professionals in the avocado sector have developed their production and record good export performance.
According to data from AGRODATA PERU, in the first five months of 2018, the country exported 116,922 tons of avocados. This is an increase of just over 10% compared to the same period last year which recorded 105 673 tonnes exported.
For the same period, Peruvian avocados were shipped to the Netherlands, Spain, the United Kingdom, the United States, Chile, China, Hong Kong, Costa Rica and Russia.
