Royal audience for IFEMA and FEPEX, FRUIT ATTRACTION organizers

Her Majesty the Queen received IFEMA and FEPEX, the organizing structures of FRUIT ATTRACTION, on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the international show of the Fruits & Vegetables sector.

 

 

 

During this hearing, Clemente González Soler, Executive President of IFEMA, stressed that "FRUIT ATTRACTION represents an example of the sector's commitment to open-up to the world and an example of successful collaboration for the two organizing entities. The fair is now recognized worldwide as the best ambassador of the "España" brand of the Fruits & Vegetables sector.

 

 

 

The production and export of fruit and vegetables is the leading sector of Spanish agriculture, accounting for 60% of all crop production. In the field of foreign trade, Spain is the world's leading exporter of fresh fruit and vegetables, with sales exports approaching 13,000 M EURin 2018.

 

 

 

In its 10 years of existence, FRUIT ATTRACTION has become one of the main events of the fruit & vegetables sector in the world. In its latest edition, 1,621 companies from 40 countries exhibited on 51,400 m2 and received 81,235 professionals from 122 countries.

 

 

 

The next edition of FRUIT ATTRACTION will be held from 22 to 24 October 2019.
