The Huiyuan Group, a leader in China's "100% pure juice" and heavyweight of fruit juices, look for French companies specializing in fruit juices, to help the group to grow. In various fields, agriculture (seeds, orchards ...), food security, development of fruits. One of its problems is the security of supply, the group has orchards which represent only 30% of its supply, finding Chinese production insufficient.
China has enormous needs for fruits, amplified by the changing attitudes of consumers. More and more concerned about health and nutrition, they want to eat more healthily and become attentive to traceability. Fruit juices are among the most requested products, demand has increased by 15% since 2009. The potential is enormous, the Chinese drink on average 1 liter of juice per year, the company Huiyuan put on an average consumption of 5 to 10 liters.
