The two sister organizations IMO (International Mango Organization) and IPO (International Pineapple Organization) have just announced the appointment of a Director of Innovation, a newly created position within their structures.
 
 
 
IMO announces on its blog the hiring of Patrick Kelly as director of innovation, a new position for the two groups, IMO and IPO. Patrick Kelly, a teacher in Florida, is known to pineapple professionals through his various presentations at conferences dedicated to the sector.
 
 
 
The two organizations allow professionals from producing countries and their counterparts from different international markets, as well as government agencies and scientific communities to meet regularly and collaborate.
 
 
 
Founded in 2012, the International Pineapple Organization (IPO) is the sister organization of the International Mango Organization (IMO) created in 2000 by its executive director, Will Cavan. In 2014, IPO and IMO welcomed Arne Rotne as Executive Vice President / Director of Business Development.
