The government is promoting the cultivation of ginger, a rapidly growing product with growing demand around the world.

 
 
 
A significant increase in exports of ginger has been observed in recent years with increasing global demand. Given this potential, the Ministry of Agriculture in Fiji encourages industry professionals to take advantage of this opportunity.
 
 
 
With greater production but also through the development of the entire value chain. Storage, transport, packaging and development of new ginger products. Products such as juices, purees or ginger syrup that is already marketed in Australia, meet expectations and can conquer other markets.
