A record harvest in sight!

Optimism for the strawberry sector in the UK where we expect a record harvest.

The UK's strawberry growers expect a bumper harvest this year. After the sunniest winter since 86 years and climatic conditions in spring that are "almost perfect" for sweeter and a larger caliber fruits.

The sector anticipates an increase in sales of about 50 million pounds with a total of 325 million books (275 million pounds last year).
