Season for imported tomatoes will start soon

Season of domestic tomatoes is ending.

 

 

Importers predict that in one week or two they can start trading in imported tomatoes.

 

 

Meanwhile, on Wednesday, November 4 the price of domestic tomatoes was 10 PLN (2.34 euro)/carton 6 kg (size B) and 12-13 PLN (2.81-3.04 euro)/carton 6 kg (size BB).

 

 

However the prices of really good quality tomatoes are much higher: 16-17 PLN (3.75-3.98 euro)/carton of B tomatoes and up to 21 PLN (4.92 euro)/box of BB tomatoes.
