Traders hope for a major boost to the trade before Christmas
In November the market of fresh vegetables was rather quiet.
Prices of root vegetables and brassica, two major domestic vegetables group now available on the market, remained low and rather stable with the exception of white cabbage and parsley. Prices of these two products have increased recently.
Generally one could observe trade stagnation. However traders hope for a major boost to the trade before Christmas.
Last year in corresponding period, trade in fresh vegetables was not very good.
