The VI.P consortium grouping producers of apples of VALLEY VENOSTA develops more and more the exports with more than 40 markets in the world, explains Mr Grasser, of whom mainly Germany, Spain, Scandinavian countries, the Mediterranean Basin and more and more the Eastern Europe.
To satisfy the enormous market that is RUSSIA, the four mains grouping which are Trentina, Melinda, VOG and VIP has opened a company in common: FROM who has for unique object the export towards RUSSIA.
This country is the first world importer with 900 000 tons a year. The objective of FROM is to export at first 25000 tons of apples.
