Armenia increases fruits and vegetable export volumes

According to the latest data, Armenia has exported approximately 25 000 tins of vegetables and fruits in 2015 season, this figure is 1000 tons higher comparing to the previous year number. Based on the recent information, local specialists predict significant yield this year in Armenia, sale markets are already negotiated and prepared to import fruits and vegetables from Armenia. Local market analysts report that Armenia has already exported 700 tons of apricots against 45 tons of this kind of fruits in 2014, 800 tons of sweet cherries - against 370 tons in 2014, 800 tons of tomatoes - against 200 tons in 2014, 2000 tons of cucumbers - against 420 tons in 2014.
