Dole Europe acquire a quarter of Green Vision

Dole wishes to develop a new leadership in the cut fresh fruit.

Through its Swedish division Saba Fresh Cuts AB, Dole Europe acquired a participation of 25 % of green Vision AB.

Green Vision AB produces and sells cut fresh fruit and fruit salads in Sweden and in Finland. "Our partnership with Saba Fresh Cuts will allow synergies and will also help us to develop our market outside Sweden" underlined Erik Bolmgren, co-founder and co-owner of Green Vision.

Within Dole Europe, Saba Fresh Cuts knew a real development these last years. Now, with this participation, Saba Fresh Cuts can offer a wider range of cut fresh products.

"This collaboration will allow to develop a new leadership in the cut fresh fruit centred on the high quality of the services and the production, everywhere in Europe ", concludes Jean-Christophe Juilliard, Dole Europe.
