De Jong Packaging announced about the acquisition of Bangma Verpakking
30 July 2020 De Jong Verpakking BV (DJV), independent manufacturer in corrugated trays and boxes in The Netherlands, announced about completion the acquisition of Bangma Verpakking, and strengthened its position on the Dutch food packaging market.
Due to its location in Dronten, the company fits well in the DJV’s strategy, as DJV currently does not have an erecting center in this region in The Netherlands.

DJV’s acquisition of a majority shareholding in Bangma Verpakking will enhance its business activities in The Netherlands. With centers in Venlo, De Lier, Roosendaal and now Dronten, De Jong Packaging covers the whole country and can provide their customers the fastest service in the industry. Bangma Verpakking will continue to operate under its own name.

De Jong Verpakking BV is one of the biggest corrugated factory in Europe that specializes in corrugated trays and Fefco 0201 boxes for the fresh produce and industry sectors. Together with its customers, the company can deliver special boxes designed for them. DJV designs, manufactures and delivers all corrugated boxes and trays by themselves.
