Kwik Lok Corporation welcomes new Chief Revenue Officer

Blair Chastain has been announced as the new Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) for Kwik Lok Corporation. From now on, Chastain will focus on Kwik Lok’s international sales and marketing strategies development.

Blair Chastain has over 20 years of sales leadership experience in food, agriculture, retail fulfilment, and manufacturing. Prior to Kwik Lok he worked as IPL Macro Vice President of Sales and Marketing for North America.

Before IPL Macro, Chastain had a position of the Vice President of Sales for Rehrig Pacific Company, where he worked to develop team culture which consequently resulted in consistent revenue growth.

As commented by Don Carrell, Kwik Lok CEO, Blair’s skills in developing efficient sales strategies and empowering teams are necessary to enable further growing of their business worldwide.

The new CRO highlights that he looks forward to working with Kwik Lok to develop and implement plans that achieve sustainable growth in the produce industry.
